Our Employee Family Support Program (EFSP) is intentionally about helping employees build mental health skills and resilience for the employees and their family. EFSP is a proprietary program from Brainsweep Systems provided by approved and licensed Brainsweep EFSP coaches.  It was created to assist employers to overcome challenges in the workplace of the following areas:

  • Reducing employee stress and increasing employee attendance, retention, and productivity
  • Reducing employee depression, addictions, domestic violence
    • 83% of how an employee performs on the job is decided by what happened at home in the past 72 hours
  • Reducing insurance (health, liability) costs

In the past, employers who took part in our EFSP program were able to lower their health insurance cost by over 20% and increased employee attendance as well as retention.
