Affirmations spoken out-loud is a positive re-enforcement of what you are stating is yours.  You are not asking for it, you are not wishing for it…it is YOURS.  Your innate (cellular body) is the first to hear it and act on it.  Years ago, affirmations did not work but today the energies are ready to work with you to create the change you are looking for.

Most of our affirmations have the  word “choose” because ultimately, choosing is what you have to do.  Sometimes saying “I am wealthy” sounds hallow to you but if you change that to “I choose to be wealthy”, now that is more believable to you and your innate and you are taking an action of what you are asking for.

It’s best to say out loud the affirmations at least once a day being fully present.  You can listen to the mp3 recording, which are infused with multi-dimensional energies to assist you in the change you are asking for, in a loop at night with no volume as well as during the daytime.

We created three volumes and recordings – for ease of daily use – for each of the affirmations.  Each volume cover two pages of affirmations and the mp3 recordings are approximately 5-6 minutes long. You will receive links to download the mp3 file as well as the pdf file.

Please do not drive or operate heavy machinery as you listen to the mp3 recordings.  The multi-dimensional energies can sometimes distract you.

Have you heard people say, “my gut feeling says…” or “I just knew I had to do it” and you wondered, what would it take for me to also have this?  Yes, you can also have “gut feelings” or awareness.  Just need to choose it AND practice it!
